Fix White Halos and Jagged Edges

The number one complaint with transparent GIFs is the ghostly rim — a white or light halo around the subject that screams "cheap cutout". It happens because edge pixels are half subject color, half background color. GIF stores them as fully opaque, so the background tint comes along for the ride.

• Matte: set it to the color the GIF will be displayed on. Semi-edge pixels are re-blended toward that color so the rim disappears against it.
• Shrink edge: pulls the mask inward 1–3 px, cutting the contaminated ring off entirely.
• Smooth edge: feathers the boundary — most useful when exporting WebP or APNG, which can keep the softness.
• Tolerance: counterintuitively, lowering it can reduce halo: high tolerance swallows antialiased edge pixels into the subject.
